Your data, in and out.

Coming from another app

Export your history from your current app as CSV and import it in Delta: Data → Import. Delta sniffs the format automatically; major lifting-app export formats import directly, sets, warmups, and dates intact. Your old PRs are first-class citizens the moment the import finishes.

Coming from paper (or memory)

Fill the blank template in any spreadsheet: one row per set for strength, one row per session for cardio. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD, warmup is yes or blank, and cardio rows use minutes and/or distance with reps left empty.

date,exercise,weight_lb,reps,warmup,minutes,distance_mi
2026-01-05,Back Squat,135,5,yes,,
2026-01-05,Back Squat,225,5,,,
2026-01-07,Run,,,,32,3.1
Download the blank template

delta-template.csv · a few hundred bytes · works in Numbers, Excel, or Sheets

Prefer kilograms? Rename the columns weight_kg and distance_km; Delta reads the header and converts.

Getting the file onto your phone

Downloading files on a phone is nobody's favorite hobby, so honestly, the easiest path is to fill the template on a computer and send the finished file over:

Delta's import reads the file from wherever it lands; nothing is uploaded anywhere, because there is no server to upload to.

Getting everything back out

Everything Delta knows exports as one CSV: Data → Export. Sets, workouts, check-ins, the lot, in plain text. Re-importing that file reproduces your data exactly. The file is yours to keep, graph, or leave in a drawer.
